Job Description

Position Summary
Support the FSL activities implementation at the field level.
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Project Implementation:
- Assist the selection process of beneficiary selection according to criteria and SOPs.
- Assist project teams of service providers develop cash distribution plan based on area realities.
- Assists in informing beneficiaries regarding the cash distribution cycle.
- Report on any problems to the supervisors promptly that encountered in the field and/or in the office such as procurement problems, project participant complaints and local authority interference.
- Assist in the market assessment and monthly price monitoring through IPs.
2. Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning
- Ensure that service providers are following the MEAL standards of ACF Yemen.
- Collaborate with MEAL team on quality monitoring and accountability systems in timely manner.
- Ensure that there are functional Feedback and Complaint Mechanism at the field level.
Additional Responsibilities

- Conduct all duties in a professional manner in accordance with ACF Safeguarding Policy, Code of Conduct, Internal Rules and Regulations, mandate and charter of principles including promotion of gender equality.
- The employee is also required to remain alert and responsive to any child and adult safeguarding risks, acquire relevant knowledge and skills to promote strong safeguarding practices, and conduct duties in a manner consistent with the mission Safeguarding Policy.
Required Qualification, Skills and Experience
- Cash transfer programming implementation experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Good English language skills and understanding of both local languages in both speaking and writing
- At least Diploma in a relevant field with at least 1 year experience;
