Overall Objective of Position

Provide MEAL services.

الهدف العام للوظيفة:

تنفيذ أنشطة قسم المتابعة والتقييم 

TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES

المهمام والمسؤليات

The Enumerator will be responsible for the following:-

–    الماسح الميداني سيكون مسؤولاً عما يلي:_ 

–    Attend enumerators’ training session prior to field work.

حضور الدورات التدربية قبل النزول للعمل الميداني .

–    Assist in collecting data as per the programs requirements for its different sites which may include one on one interview with respondents, focus group discussions, and key informant interviews based on questionnaires developed and supplied by ACF MEAL team.

المساعدة في جمع البيانات بحسب متطلبات البرامج في مختلف أماكن التدخل على سبيل المثال ( المقابلات الفردية مع المستفيدين ، مجموعات النقاش البؤرية ومقابلات الأشخاص الرئيسين في المجتمع بإستخدام إستبيانات أعدها فريق المتابعة والتقييم .

–    As part of each assignment, participate in briefings; carry out data collection, data entry.

كجزء من كل نشاط سيتم المشاركة في جمع البيانات وإدخالها.

–    Gather and accurately record responses on questionnaires provided.

تجميع وتعبئة  بيانات إستمارات المسوحات بشكل دقيق .

–    Ensure that questionnaires have been thoroughly checked and completed.

التأكد من أن االإستبيانات تمت تعبئتها ومراجعتها بشكل كلي ودقيق .

–    Perform the data entry of assessments/ surveys collected data to KoBo platform

إدخال وتحميل  البيانات بإستخدام برنامج الكوبو.

–    Translate and transcribe focus groups discussions and key informant interviews, and transmit this information in Microsoft Word and other electronic formats as well as field reports to the MEAL Team.

ترجمة وإعادة صياغة الأسئلة باللهجة المحلية للأشخاص الذين يتم مقابلتهم ورفع التقارير اليومية إلى فريق المتابعة والتقييم.

–    Document any issues arising from field and submit a report to the MEAL team

رفع أي مخالفات في إطار المشروع إلى فريق المتابعة والتقييم.

–    Assist in any other tasks related to the delivery of the MEAL activities.

المساعدة في أي مهام أخرى ذات صله ف بأنشطة المتابعة والتقييم 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

المؤهلات والخبرات

    Preferably, 2 years or more of demonstrated experience carrying out field research, survey interview and enumeration support in Yemen (Hajja, Hodeida).

يفضل ، سنتين أو أكثر من الخبرة في إجراء البحوث الميدانية والمسح الميداني

    Experience in qualitative (interviewing, expert note-taking, high quality transcription), quantitative data collection as well as data entry

خبرة في جمع البيانات النوعية والكمية وأدخالها

    Experience in using electronic system and digital devices for data collection ( Kobo, ODK etc)

خبرة في إستخدام البرامج الرقمية لجمع البيانات (الكوبو- أو دي – كي) .

    Experience in conducting phone-based surveys

خبرة في تنفيذ المسوحات عن طريق التلفون.

    Good personal skills. Enumerators must be able to interact with people from a variety of backgrounds, and explain the survey to business owners/managers who are not familiar with the study.

مهارات شخصية جيدة ، القدرة على التعامل مع الأشخاص من مختلف الخلفيات والقدرة على توضيح الهدف من النشاط للأشحاص المعنيين

    Attention to detail. Enumerators will be required to carefully follow instructions relating to the selection of respondents and recording of responses.

التركيز على التفاصيل ، المطلوب من الماسح ان يتبع التعلييمات المتعلقة بتفاصيل الأنشطة وتفاصيل العينات.

    Able to manage time effectively.

    Ability to work both alone and in a team.

القدرة على العمل بشكل فردي وفي الفريق

    Awareness of health and safety procedures.

الوعي بأجراءات الصحة والسلامة

QUALIFICATIONS

–    High School degree is required “Diploma or Bachelors are Preferred
