Job Description

Position Summary

The HR Officer will contribute to achieving mission’s objectives by:

• Responsible of national/International staff files. 
• Lead recruitment processes.
• Support international staff administration.
• Lead onboarding processes.
• Lead staff well-being activities.
• Extend other assistance to the department when required.  

What we are looking for in candidates:

• Bachelor’s degree in fields related to HR, Administration and Management, or any other related field;
• Previous work experience in HR, travel arrangements, customer service;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent command of English language;
• Organizational, planning and analytical and critical skills;
• Superior attention to detail;
• Ability to travel inside and outside of Yemen.
